Yeah 25mph avg. is all but unheard of. We are in some of the best corridors in the country and we avg. just under 15mph. You also need to account for elevation, I forget the formula but for ever 3K feet over sea level you lose a substantial amount of air flow. Of course all the pay back numbers are calculated at sea level to make them look as good as possible.
