Been there done all that in the late 80's with a Carter 25. Hopefully the quality of the machines have improved with time. Ditto the comments on being able to service the machine yourself esp a few years down the road because odds are great that the company you are dealing with will not be around to help you. Along those same lines is the availability of parts which might be more critical than service. Lightning was the killer in our experience as we simply could not keep it out of the system. It damaged both the generation unit and the blades. Definately a let down tower. The more you learn about it the longer you will be able to use it.
