Jon, There is a designated lift point built in to both the Pluribus and the 6000 which is very close to the center of gravity of each unit so they hang level. We are looking at various other options however it appear like a strap through this lift point through a clevis on a forklift and air impact on 4 u-bolt nuts is as easy as anything. Especially with a stand that supports each unit vertically. One nice thing about the JD/Bauer toolbars is that Vaughn has a 24/47 60 ft bar designed as a splitter planter bar so that units can be mounted off the tire tracks for stripping and preplant/fall fertilizer or the units can be mounted on the tires for side dressing. As of right now it looks like the 24 row can be changed from fall 6000 to spring Pluribus in probably 2 to 3 hours with two people, and a forklift. And then to summer side dress in another 2 to 3 hours. Weigh that against the cost of three different 60 ft toolbars etc and I think the economics speak for itself. Especially once you get the toolbar plumbed for your dry, liquid, anhydrous (anh3 system is a good match) and cart hitch (This unit backs up nicely with the Montag cart system either dry or liquid version. By the way here are a couple pictures I took of the system as the customer above filled the Montag dry fertilizer hopper, roaded around a corner and pulled into the field showing the cart etc. Really not too bad to maneuver for a system of this size...and can back up too.
