lol, well i've had good luck with mine. Guess I'm mainly talking about my oldest 4640, it's got the 60 foot boom, and yes, that one is as tough as nails, it's been vertually trouble free, and it's a 2000 model. the 60 foot boom is built strong on mine. My other has an 80 foot, the sprayer has been reliable, but yes, have to do occasional welding on the 80 foot boom. But i've had great service with my coupes, and like you say, lightwieght and economical...
