USA | Wasn't expecting this type of price this soon, have been saying would see $12 -$15,000 farm land. IMO we are at a new plateau of land prices. Will probably see more of these types of prices in the future. $10,000 land may look like a bargain, when we look back in 3 to 5 years.
Was talking to a fellow this past summer, he brought about land values in Europe, and said thought within 10 years would have the same type of prices here. Looks like it won't take 10 years. | |
