deep SW On. | -a lot of us here farmed with family---maybe if you where an only child you just had it handed too you for free it would be different but most of us "bought " family members out at less than fair mkt. value...would be nice too grow a farm fast if pension plans and such was in place that there was money for ones retiring and other family who may inherit some of it,,but that seldom happens as farming like most small business hasn't got much cash left too invest after paying bills and living expenses...seen highs and lows of guys inheriting big farms and losing them and guys who got no more than a good name given too them excel......... | |
