What are looking at doing with your precision equipment? Auto-steer, planter control, yield monitoring, etc? As far as tech support, Trimble relys on its Dealers to provide support for their products. Dealers can call their support line for assistance. With any precision products look to the Dealer for your support because they can help you way more than a phone call. IMO
