Time for you to get away from this...............now. If you wish to go forward it is legal time. Hire a lawyer or drop it. There is no in between. I have run into the "no tape" line before. Not your problem or job to understand the lack of tape. No favors owed by you or ask for..............Let the lawyer handle it or not.
