NEMO | Saw a large buck at 8:30 AM, but too far for a good shot. Doe showed up around 9:00 AM, worked her way up through some scrub brush and laid down about 35 yards from the tree stand in heavy cover. 3 hours later, she got up and presented a shot, son took the opportunity, wasn't an immediate down, found her about an hour later about a tenth of a mile away. I'm pretty proud of his patience. | |
