I had that two weeks ago. I could tell the car seemed a lot quieter for a couple days when I was driving to work. I also noticed a coulple days that I felt dizzy. I didn't miss any work but it was quite the sinus infection. A week of sneezing and coughing misery followed up by a week of blowing my nose that was ridiculous. Just got over it a few days ago.
