The land owner gets a set amount of grain and has a chance to store and sell later for more $ or might be less $ also. I do not like flexable cash rent because landowner wants more cash in a good year but usually doesnt like or will take less cash rent in the poor years and around here its always up and down with yeilds. I have the old 50/50 rented ground and set amount cash rented ground. |
