Right now it is in a transition period in most places but in the future I think that the gins will have to kick in,to a certain degree. Our gin only has one custom operator running one here now. He pays all cost of the wrap. But our gin provides tarps for regular modules and they are not cheap and are costly to maintain,so in the future I think some kind of cost share is going to happen.
