Or are you talking about HIV cases? Still it's pretty much overwhelming, you get HIV by having gay sex iv drug use and sharing needles, or anal intercourse with someone who's had gay sex, there just aren't many other ways to contract it, and the chances of a white heterosexual, non iv drug using to contract HIV are exceedingly slim.
