When we were at teacher conferences last night I asked how many kids were going to the library and was told that about half of the kids haven't brought back the slips yet. My guess is that those parents will just sign it and send it back without reading it. I know for a fact that we are the only parents that have seen and read the handbook. I saw 2 other dads at the conferences.
I cannot find it anywhere on the net to post a link to but the handbook is HIV/AIDS by Mary Bronson, PHD
