E.Central MN | My guess is that if E 15 is allowed and if it is cheaper than unleaded and E 10, then it will find its way into gas station tanks, even if the pump doesn't say thats what is being dispensed. Perhaps its time for electronic measurement devices at the pumps to inform the customer about the exact level of ethanol in the gallon of gas he/she is buying. That would also help to quickly detect those damaging out of range blends caused by errors in the distribution system. | |
