 I have contacted them about it before I went on here with my discovery.  Nothing has been corrected yet and the auction is about to close.

The real problem is that they are using my bid to raise the bid of others BEFORE it is a qualified bid, or to put it another way, before I am a qualified buyer.  I hope you can understand why this is a fraudulant practice.

Because it is a fraudulant practice, I am attempting to bring notice to others that are being harmed (including you) from this scheme.  I was not harmed because I didn't maintain my winning bid by raising it further and meeting the requested payment.  HOWEVER, bidder #69150 is being harmed and doesn't know it. 

You seem to think that the burden of conducting a fair auction should fall to my shoulders instead of being the responsibility of the auction company.
