NC ND | I'll agree with you that leaving the bid in place is not right. Possibly they are giving you a short period of time to correct the problem but it looks bad. As far as the credit card charge I think it does have something about that in the rules, when I bought off of there that is one of the reasons I chose to pay by check instead of using a credit card. The rules could be listed in a little different format, I seem to remember spending alot of time bouncing around on links trying to make sure I understood every little thing before I bid.
Otherwise I was very happy with the way PURPLEWAVE handled the auction I bought from. I liked it alot better than dealing with some of the live auctions, seen alot of guys go away unhappy from them when there is 4 ring guys and no one knows where the bid is at. I plan to buy there again. I do hope that what you found is a glitch that is fixed immediately though. | |
