Are you sure you are only going 8" deep? We're pulling a 41' 610 with 2" spikes on our 9400 but we are down to 5 mph and less in places with it going 7-8" deep. Did some headlands and it maintained 6"+ where many trucks have gone through. I do know our 9400 will pull more than a 9420 will after this summer. Good for the fuel man, but those black fields are sure going to be nice when we hit them with the finisher come spring. Only problem is dad signed some up for the CSP so limited on where we can go with it to some extent.
