EC IL | Thoughts are with the guys and gals in your area Mike. Sure you know this, but make sure anyone involved gets crisis debriefing. In 20 plus years been thru several, never was sure how much they did until about two years ago involved in rescue that involved close friends of my kids. I probably would have ended up quiting if it wouldn't have been for help from the counselors. A couple of our young firemen thought they were too tough to come to the sessions and peer pressure kept several others from coming, later regrets were expressed that they stayed away.
