Fast....
From your description, it sounds like you are seeing the same thing that the CCU is reporting...low voltage. "It will be fine for a few days then all of a sudden it comes up and voltage runs around the 12.5-12.9."

Are you measuring the voltage with a voltmeter at the battery, or looking at it through the tractor's system?

If you are looking at the tractor's system, try a separate voltmeter at the battery to verify the system voltage is indeed low.

If the voltage at the battery is good, and the tractor's system is measuring it too low, you probably have a loose connection in the wiring somewhere. I'd look for a bad ground. Specifically look where all the grounds come together. I think that's between the starter and where the batteries are on the wheel tractor, probably close to the same place on the T.

If the voltage at the battery and the voltage the system is measuring are the same, it sounds like the voltage is indeed low. That is, the alternator is not putting out sufficient voltage. (In this case you would likely see lights dimming slightly when the problem occurs as well.) This could be an intermittent voltage regulator problem, or something as simple as a slipping belt. The voltage regulator is within the alternator.

It is very likely NOT the CCU or any of the computer components on the tractor.
