I made an unroller that slips on my stabber bars on my loader. It's 2 tires mounted on wheels and spindles with it's own frame. The tires are 14 in. and about 3 ft. apart. I just push the bale around to unroll it. Might not be as good as hydraulic but it does work fairly well.
