( ie., exact location thereof ) then they can still sell livestock, BUT it puts you first in line for the cattle checks off their location until your hay and legal fees are paid up.

Works on beef, horses, etc too.

One thing for sure.
Filing will likely raise some eyebrows of local / district judges in the TX as to what has been going on.
