I apologize if this has been addressed previously but I'm quite curious. Roughly what does land go for in your area? Thanks for your pictures, I will certainly be visiting the area in the next year or two!

Not a lot is bought and sold anymore, much more land available to rent than buy. In the eastern palouse the past few years farmland seems to be selling for $1,500-2,000/acre. My area which isn;t quite as good is a little lower than that. |
