I would think about the same as hay or wheat straw , I think 20 percent would be the upper end of the "safe" indoor range. Besides, if they arent bone dry they dont soak worth a crap anyway. or maybe your feeding them. We do big square and they need to be dry or they get icky. you should be ok at 20 with rounds.
