In the ditch was a old unused cattle pass with culvert under the road, it made for deep snow, that filled in this deep trench in the ditch - nice for jumping across with snowmobile. Snowmobiler became a paraplegic- snowmobilers insurance company took land owner to court. Land owner lost and his liablilty insurance had to pay for life care for the snowmobiler . . . it happens, you have no control or say in the matter. |
