central - east central Minnesota - | Minnesota's governor race involves a wealthy canidate that has very old money, anyway, there's a trust in South Dakota he recieves money from. Does he have to pay Mn income taxes on that trust money? His primary residence is Mn. It is being played out as some type of benifit that he has this out of state trust . . . of course he is going to tax the rich and give to the poor and surposedly he wouldn't pay the same as rich/richer people. . . . is that how it works?
