Subject: If you're in the "hobby loss" pit----- the more evidence that you're trying...

Oskaloosa, Iowa 52577

to work out of the hole..........       "........because I just know profit is just around the corner, and I need to recover my losses, EVEN THOUGH I JUST HATE THIS BUSINESS because of the way things have gone, making an old man of me............."

"Intent" is a tough position to document.

Had a CPA at a seminar years ago openly admit that he had a client stuff his records full of "copies" of letters to his banker, a couple of business associates, etc etc just so they could document "profit motive".

Had I advised such a move, I would never have admitted it, especially openly at a seminar, since IRS agents are known to populate these tax seminars on frequent basis..............

All of the people in the world are not straight shooters..............like you and me.............well, at least like me!!

heh, heh.........
