Liability liability liability,, why invite financial disaster ??  The second you allow anyone to ride atv's (or anything else) on your land you are opening yourself up to getting the snot sued out of you.  It doesn't matter whether they win or not, it will cost a bundle for an Attorney to show the person was a knothead and got hurt.

Waivers are kinda useless, Attorneys get around them all the time.  Why the need to provide a 4 wheeler playground for any knotheads.
