Okay,

I have been quietly looking and reading posts about tillage radish for this past year and I have some questions.

What is it for, plow down? Does it provide any green manure benifits? Is it a crop that keep the fields clean, so yo dont have to work it or chemfallow before your next crop? Does it volunteer in the next crop? Is it a hassle to work in? Do you graze it?

I have been looking at every post and still cant figure it out? I know you folks will set me straight. Please tell me what the skinny is on this practice.

They sure get big!!!!!!

TIA
