You never expect the government to be acurate or know whats going on. Its all manipulation to get what they want. Kinda of like ( we got to pass the health care bill so we can read whats in it after its passed). I was told when they had that tractor ride throught MT pleasant /burlington a couple months ago the secretary of Ag was on it and made the comment that nobody told him things were this bad in SE Iowa.
