Subject: RE: Planting Fall Wheat

Eastern, North Carolina
Hilbilly,

We have always notilled most of our wheat whether it be in soybean stubble or corn, and have consistantly averaged 80 bushels to the acre over the years. We have even raised some 110 bushel wheat in soybean stubble. But, it may depend on the region/climate you are in and the soil type. We have a thin silt loam surface soil followed by a clay subsurface soil.
