We are all well aware they are behind the curve, but that's all I will say. I just laugh when people get so pissed when something like this happens (it took us by surprise as well), but they neglect to give them thanks when an 'error' works in their favor.
USDA is a branch of our bureaucratic government which alone is enough to let anyone know they aren't up to snuff... Sad but true.
