NEMO | In the preceeding days, I was contemplating what I could plan for us that would be worthy of celebrating 20 years together. Neither one of us are too hip on anything extravagent, so the best thing I thought would be to just have some alone time together which was discussed earkier in this thread. I took the day off so that while the boys were in school, we could have that time to comunicate without the kid interuptions and take a drive to town and grab some lunch at a nice resturaunt. She had a rough night with little sleep, so I suggested she sleep in and I would take the boys to school. When I got back, I put the dishes away from last night, made some iced tea and when she awoke, she got dressed and we went into town and had a great lunch. Stopped and got her some Mums (her fav) and picked up the boys from school and returned home. Probably wasn't what most people would do on thier 20th, but it suited us and we had a great day together. Now back to work tomorrow. | |
