If my memory serves me right, when you download the 4.0 upgrade for the insight, included in the files that are extracted are also a number of other files that upgrade your sensors. I just put all the files on my card and leave them there and when i have a few mintutes when it is hooked up to that particular module then i will do the upgrade.
