I agree we do have alternatives and I also am definitely a capitalist at heart and believe in free enterprise. They do have the right to charge what they believe the market will bear and have only to answer to their shareholders who are their owners on profitability matters.

However we, right here on this forum, are giving them the best feedback that they need to hear, at absolutely no charge, not cost like some expensive marketing survey. If they are loosing customers they need, and should WANT to hear about it.

Although this may appear as just bitching, it is really constructive criticism. We are telling them how competitive aftermarket parts suppliers are eating their lunch in some cases. We are doing them a favor.
