Pittsburg, Kansas | Same deal here and if we order the wrong part there is a 50% restocking fee. They may have backed off of that a little, not sure. Seems like a time or two they may have "let us by". Funny thing NAPA or O'Riley order the wrong part = no problem, have the right one tomorrow morning. No shipping, no problem returning something, no problem. Have never had any problem returning stuff to Sloan or Shoup, just cost the freight back. Aftermarket parts companies were created by price gouging and poor service by the majors. John | |
