Hmm I thought that was only a problem here. Deere yanked 2 dealerships close by here also. They sure do seem to forget the dealerships that built up the loyal customer base over the years and made them what they are today.

 I called the big chain store last fall for a combine  separator drive belt and was put on hold for 15 minutes before I even knew I could make the drive to go get one. I can guarantee my small store that closed 4 miles away would have had one in stock. I could have went picked up the belt and been back home in the time I was on hold.
