Then when the easy out breaks off you can use the dremel grinder (or an air powered die grinder that has more torque) to grind out the remains of the easy out and the center of the bolt out to the threads that you can peel out like a spring with a dental hook. Been there done that, don't use easy outs anymore.
Can you take the hardness out of bolt.
