The only "good" thing about the huge local prairie fire last year was my aunt got several burned off poles out of the deal. The poles in this section of utility line were all replaced new several years ago when the new highway went through. The poles that were damaged burned off at the base. I wouldn't be afraid of those particular poles in any application. The bad portions are simply "gone"!
