E.Central MN | With a mounted one be sure that you have the correct pto shaft length. If its too short then you may not have enough overlap for support when you lower the 3 pt. If its too long then you will have problems when you raise the 3pt. Many guys have taken the fixed mount wheels off the back and put on swivel wheels so they don't have to raise it as much when turning around at the end of the field. The mounted ones don't bring nearly as much as the pull type ones at auctions. They are fairly heavy so you have to put a decent sized tractor on them. | |
