McLeod County Minnesota | Think about it. Perhaps they are doing you a favor. Those poles probably have chemicals that are no longer allowed in this “free” nation of ours. If you built your building with them and had to tear it down for whatever reason, the cost to you would be prohibitive.
Don’t get me wrong. I don’t condone all the new Algore type regs that we have to live with. I am merely trying to explain where your building officials are coming from.
Oh, by the way, burning those old poles is illegal in my state and I have a pile of them I got free several years ago. Sometimes procrastination can come back to bite you too.
