I'm a redneck bachelor, so I guess I really don't give 2 shakes about resale...  I really like my shop/house combo.  Built fall winter of '07-'08.  Few things I might change since I couldn't visualize exactly what it was going to look like before hand, but all in all, if I have it my way, I'll never have to live anywhere else, ...

And it's a pretty good screening tool for any prospective women who might want half of everything I own in the future.  If they'd live 'here', they already have better values compared to those who want the million dollar mansions.
