Yorktown, TX | My wife and I are going to put up an 80'x 100' building and put a 2 bedroom apartment in one corner. We are going to live in that until we build the house. Once we have the house, the two bedrooms will be our offices with a lobby and a kitchen. She is going to architecture school and came up with a pretty good setup, but I do still have the requirement that she will be in a house within 5-7 yrs. She doesn't want it for the rest of her life. Just make sure and use spray foam insulation to keep all the noise and creatures out.
