Yam is right about the resale, takes a special person to want a place like that. Sure is convienient though to not have to go outside to get to the shop. It's also convienient for the Mrs. to bring you coffee and come get you for meals, or bring a sandwich to the shop. Not that my wife would, but Mom does.
