MN | That's what they call em- If you are building it away from your farm yard, just like a normal rural residence, I would discourage it. It will not qualify for conforming home loans- (which are at about 4.5% fixed for 30 yrs right now) And it won't save you that much money compared to a regular home/ shop construction. It will kill you if you ever have to resell it- will have to look for a bachelor to buy it- or an entire redneck family. I am not familiar with the redneck population in your area, if it is large, it may have great resale. | |
