(link is only to show photos not to push the sale) It is of pole barn construction both house and shop. House ends up with about 8 inch walls if you stud it out flush with the posts, 11 1/2 if you stud on the inside face of the posts using 6" posts. 1 1/2 inch Styrofoam between pearlings, 6" Fiberglas between studs, 13" blown Fiberglas in the ceiling. Heats and cools very very easy. Slab floor with Wedge insulation foam board around perimeter. shop has Metal siding and roof, House has OSB sheeting, Tyvak wrap and vinyl siding with shingle roof.
They liked it so well that they built a newer one on adjoining property with a 3 car garage, same layout with a little different sized shop.
