We built ours three years ago and I enjoy living in it.  We put up a 60 by 60 metal building (Miracle Truss, now out of business), and divided it into a 40 by 60 section for the shop and a 20 by 60 section for the house.  The house is two story, with the garage bays and my wife's pottery studio downstairs and the house upstairs.
