Subject: RE: Combine Tracks

NE SD

Grip-Trac- simple, very well built, sloooooooooow on the road. We have a set of Grip Trac tracks on our grain cart and have been happy with them, but I'm not impressed with having to pick corn in 3rd gear and only being able to run 8mph down the road in a combine.

ATI- very well built, not as simple as the Grip Trac, but is able to run 15-16 mph down the road. You do have to have some sort of anti-rollover device installed. We have a set of these on our combine and are happy with them so far. The only time it stopped was when dad was on his phone and dropped one of the tracks directly in a hole where the combine with duals and RWA had been stuck.

Soucy- I have heard of some of these having issues with the main bearings on combines, but there are lots of sets out there.
