TN | everytime i have dealt with them they have been not only carrier specific but phone model specific they will only replace the exact phone that was insured. this even applied when they had updated the version of g'z one and i broke my old version. they actually had a stockpile of the older version and sent that to me. wasn't even a new model just an updated version of the same phone with a better external speaker but they wouldn't do it. | |
