Come on down to the Edwards Auqufier. The EAA ( Edwards Auquifer Autority) is a bad name around theses parts, unless you own loads of water rights. They fine for just about anything, over pump your permit = hefty fine. Forget about adding irrigated land in this area unless you can afford to buy the water at up to 6k per acre. All we can thank for this is San Antonio setting right on top of it. Go ahead and regulate give away more rights.
